Network TV Host
This is a paid freelance and remote position
ScreenRant is the #1 entertainment website and publishes up-to-the-minute news on blockbuster movies, TV shows, video games, comic books, music and other forms of entertainment.

ScreenRant’s editorial and authority teams are looking for a dedicated resource to help lead and produce Network TV coverage.
The ideal candidate will bolster ScreenRant’s authority team and manage every aspect of its Network TV initiative. We will be relying on the selected candidate to apply their expertise in driving traffic, expanding coverage, improving article quality, and managing/growing ScreenRant’s Network TV vertical.
Your Responsibilities:
- Setup, manage, and conduct weekly post-episode interviews with showrunners/writers/EPs/directors/cast (access dependent) on major shows, with full interview + targeted news pullouts going up after airing.
- Identify and track performance of shows covered and manage coverage accordingly.
- Cover junkets.
- Proactively seek out and create opportunities for exclusives on requested/high-priority shows.
- Run Network TV newsletter.
- This is a highly autonomous position involving coming up with questions, identifying pullouts, publishing the interview content, and writing the news posts/features from quotes alongside original reporting work.
- Establish and maintain a content calendar for the Network TV beat and ensure ScreenRant’s site-wide calendar is up to date.

- Reporting on progress and tracking KPIs will be a part of the role.

Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English Literature, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working with a credible digital publication
- A broad working knowledge of the sector you’re applying for
- A quick learner with a strong sense of urgency and drive
- An excellent writer in the English language free of grammatical and spelling errors
- The ability to write high quality articles with fast turnaround times
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
